目的了解天津市医疗机构医护人员手卫生状况,以便加强手卫生管理。方法采取问卷调查和现场采样检测方法,对天津市部分医疗机构医护人员手卫生管理与质量状况进行调查与检测,并作出评估。结果共调查医务人员150名,对手卫生知识知晓率平均达到90%以上。共采集手上棉拭子标本150份,检出致病菌或条件致病菌阳性标本61份,阳性率为40.67%,检出细菌64株。医务人员手上携带病原菌中以革兰阳性菌居多,主要是葡萄球菌属。结论天津市医疗机构医务人员对手卫生知识掌握良好,但手卫生质量值得关注,应重点加强手卫生制度的落实和提高目标性管理。
Objective To understand the hand hygiene status of health care workers in Tianjin medical institutions in order to strengthen hand hygiene management. Methods A questionnaire survey and on-site sampling and testing methods were used to investigate and test the hand hygiene management and quality of health care workers in some medical institutions in Tianjin and to evaluate them. Results A total of 150 medical staff were surveyed, and the awareness of health knowledge of opponents reached an average of over 90%. A total of 150 samples of cotton swabs were collected, of which 61 were positive for pathogenic bacteria or opportunistic pathogens. The positive rate was 40.67%, and 64 bacterial strains were detected. Medical staff to carry pathogens in the majority of gram-positive bacteria, mainly Staphylococcus. Conclusion The medical knowledge of medical personnel in Tianjin medical institutions has a good grasp of the health knowledge of opponents, but the quality of hand hygiene deserves attention. The implementation of the hand hygiene system and the targeted management should be emphasized.
