On May 20, according to the relevant regulations, the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC Central Committee conducted a filing inspection on the serious violation of laws and regulations by Yang Kun, former executive director, deputy governor and member of the Party Committee of Agricultural Bank of China. After investigation, Yang Kun took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others and receive huge bribes. Yang Kun’s behavior has constituted a serious violation of discipline, and suspected of taking bribes.
