由于工作需要,我厂接受了一批汽车制动蹄的生产任务。其中WJ120汽车制动蹄垫板(如图1,垫板材料采用08优质钢板)的加工,原方案准备分五道工序进行,即①落料,②裁口,③冲孔,④用钻头锪窝,⑤压弯。若按此方案设计,虽然模具加工简单,但模具需要量大,加工工时浪费较大,单件加工费用高。我们经过反复分析、研究,将②、③、④三道工序合并为一道工序,设计了一套垫板一次裁口、冲孔、压窝复合模
Due to work needs, I plant a group of cars to accept the production of brake shoes.
