禾本科1/5物种起源于杂交事件,重建低拷贝核基因系统发育关系为解释物种杂交起源提供了证据。穇属(EleusineGaertn.)隶属于禾本科虎尾草族核心群Chloris group,约10种,分布在热带东非、印度—马来西亚和热带南美洲,是典型的适应辐射类群。该属具有较高经济价值,可用于食品和医药工业。为探索穇属异源四倍体谱系的起源,中国科学院华南植物园刘青博士与美国史密斯桑尼亚研究所Paul M.Peterson教授合作,在国家留学基金和中国科学院植物资源保护与可持续利用重点实验室青年基金的资助下,对穇属植物进行了系统发育研
Gramineae 1/5 species originated in the hybridization event and reconstruct the phylogenetic relationship of low-copy nuclear genes provide evidence for the origin of species hybridization. EleusineGaertn. Is a member of the Chloris group, a core group of the Poaceae and the genus Chloris. It contains about 10 species, distributed in tropical East Africa, India-Malaysia and tropical South America. It is a typical adaptive radionuclide. This genus has high economic value and can be used in food and pharmaceutical industry. In order to explore the origin of allotetraploid tetraploid lineage, Dr. Liu Qing from South China Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences, cooperated with Professor Paul M. Peterson from the Smithsonian Institution of American Scholars, at the National Scholarship Fund and the Chinese Academy of Sciences on Plant Resource Conservation and Sustainable Utilization Under the auspices of the Laboratory Youth Fund, Phyllodena was systematically developed
