园本教研就是以教师为主体,以解决发生在幼儿园现场的教学问题为主的一种教研活动形式,包括一人同课多轮研讨、多人同课轮流研讨、多人同课异构研讨三种形式。通过课例研究不仅能培养幼儿参与学习活动的积极主动性,促进幼儿身心的发展,同时更能增强教师主动参与园本教研的意识,提高教师设计、实施、反思领域教育活动的能力,是促进师幼共同成长的有效途径。在本次的园本课例研究中,我试图通过同课多轮研究的实践
