①.选择一个空气清新、四周幽静的环境。②.暂时有意识地放下或忘记自己心目中的日常学习功课和一般性工作事务。③.选择一种自我感觉较舒适的姿势.站、坐、躺均可。④.活动身上的一些大的关节与肌肉,动作不需要规范或固定格式,但做的速度均匀、缓慢,直至关节放开肌肉放松。⑤.保持,呼吸自然、流畅,尽可能不用意识支配呼吸,并达到在安逸悠然自得中忘,掉呼吸的境界。⑥.意识放松。集中注意力,把意念归于某一对象或有意识地注意放松到整个身体,而达到一种清静的清醒状态。想象一些美好的事情,以达到忘我的境界,这是调节身心平衡,战胜疲劳的关键。
