文铁林,教授,中共党员,中国音乐家协会会员、中国艺术家协会江苏声乐委员会主任、江苏省音乐家协会理事、南京市合唱协会副会长。2006年入编由中国音乐家协会汇编,由人民出版社出版的《中国音乐家词典》。1997年创建了淮阴师范学院音乐系并出任主任,2004年调入南京晓庄学院音乐系任主任,现任南京晓庄学院音乐学院院长。毕业于南京师范大学音乐系,1994年考入上海音乐学院声乐系深造,主修声乐,得到了多名资深中外教授的精心指导。期
