交通建设资金监管是交通建设管理的重点。本文以集团型交通建设企业为研究对象,通过理论分析和工作实践构建了多方位、全过程和精细化的集团型交通建设企业资金监管模型,对模型中涉及到的重要资金监管方法和措施进行了阐述,并简要提出了资金监管有效实施的措施保证,以期为其他交通建设项目的资金监管提供借鉴,并保证建设资金安全和提高交通建设资金使用效率。
