吸附材料的性能对油气分子吸附过程起着关键性的作用。本文系统表征了3种硅胶吸附材料(A型、B型和C型)的结构信息,计算了其标准特征吸附能,考察了其初次吸附钝化过程和动态吸附过程特性。实验结果表明,A型硅胶具有丰富的微孔结构,而B型硅胶和C型硅胶则为典型的介孔材料,通过标准吸附特征能可反映其微孔分布;初次钝化吸附量和动态吸附量变化情况相似,均为A型硅胶最大,B型硅胶次之,C型硅胶最小,微孔分布决定了油气分子吸附过程,从而影响对应的吸附量。
The performance of adsorbent materials plays a key role in the molecular adsorption of hydrocarbons. In this paper, the structural information of three kinds of silica gel adsorbents (type A, type B and type C) was systematically characterized. The standard characteristic adsorption energy was calculated. The initial passivation process and the characteristic of dynamic adsorption process were investigated. The experimental results show that A type silica gel has a rich microporous structure, and B type silica gel and C type silica gel are typical mesoporous materials, which can reflect the micropore distribution through standard adsorption characteristics; the initial passivation adsorption capacity and dynamic adsorption Similar changes in the amount of A-type silica gel are the largest, followed by B-type silica gel, C-type silica gel smallest pore size distribution determines the molecular adsorption process, thus affecting the corresponding amount of adsorption.
