土壤是人类环境的基本要素之一,防止土壤受重金属尤其是汞的污染是“环保”工作的一项重要内容。近几年来,国内外对土壤污染及其防治的研究相继开展。关于微量汞的测定,目前采用冷原子吸收光谱分析、催化比色法、STTA比色法、双硫腙比色法等,由于条件所限,前三种不能普遍采用,故以双硫腙比色法应用较为广泛。
