目的掌握冕宁县地方性氟中毒的病情现状和改水工程运行情况。方法按全省地氟病监测方案要求,选择孙水乡孙水村和果胜村为监测点,饮水氟测定和尿氟测定采用离子选择电极法,812岁氟斑牙采用Deans法分度诊断,16岁以上成人临床氟骨症采用流行病学方法和X线摄片检查。结果水氟均值孙水和果胜分别为2.94mg/L、1.81mg/L,812岁氟斑牙检出率为92.36%,16岁以上人群临床氟骨症检出率56.05%,氟骨症X线检出率40%。结论冕宁县孙水、果胜2村为饮水型氟中毒重病区,需彻底改换水源,才能控制地氟病的流行。
Objective To investigate the status of endemic fluorosis in Mianning County and the operation of water diversion project. Methods According to the requirements of monitoring program of ground fluorosis in the whole province, Sun Shui Cun and Guo Sheng Cun were selected as the monitoring points. The determination of fluoride in drinking water and urinary fluoride were performed by ion selective electrode method. Dental method was used to diagnose dental fluorosis in 812 years. Adult clinical skeletal fluorosis using epidemiological methods and X-ray examination. Results The results showed that the mean value of water fluoride and suncome were 2.94mg / L and 1.81mg / L respectively, the detection rate of dental fluorosis at 812 years was 92.36%. The detection rate of clinical skeletal fluorosis was 56.05% X-ray detection rate of 40%. Conclusions Mianning County, Sun Shui, Guosheng 2 villages drinking water fluorosis, need to completely change the water in order to control the prevalence of endemic fluorosis.
