The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the ABR threshold eigenfrequency and pure tone hearing by comparing the eigenfrequency of auditory brainstem response (ABR) thresholds with and without the 1 590 Hz high pass masking noise. Subjects were divided into three groups: the first group of subjects with high-pass masking noise of 1 590 Hz, short-tone induced ABR threshold was low frequency characteristics, the majority of pure tone hearing loss for cochlear hearing loss. The second group was ABR thresholds induced by short-sightedness without high-pass masking, and subjects were either conductive deafness or post-convulsion deafness.
