该工程混凝土用量达14.3万立方米,浇灌强度大,质量要求高。为适应高速、高效、高质量的施工需要,建立了以150立方米/时混凝土搅拌生产为基础、以搅拌车运输、泵车混凝土入模相配套的一条龙系统。不仅有效地保证了现场的需求量,而且搅拌站的计量精度也完全达到国际最严格的规范要求。 一、电子程控搅拌站 选用我局生产的HZ—25型搅拌站,进行优化组合,采用同一台面上的两台机对顶布置方案,组成三个独立系统的混凝土搅拌台,组台后搅拌站生产能力为150立方米/时。其优点:机动灵活,独立性强,可适应各种大小工程的需用量,可满足不同标号、不同性能要求的混凝土生产,同时,也能满足现场多品种水泥的要求,满足低标号或大体积混凝土工程的需要。可以做到不停产检修。不会因某机故障而中断供应。两台机可同时向搅拌车供混凝土,缩短了搅拌车在台下停歇时间,提高了其运输效率。
