通过总结现有的建筑围护结构热阻现场测试方法,将热箱法和热流计法进行有效的结合给出一种新型的现场测试方法。以试验方法为指导进行了建筑围护结构热阻现场检测装置的试制。对某墙体进行现场检测,得到了不同加热功率下的测试热阻,对于加热功率这一影响因素进行分析讨论,得出在加热壁面温度不高于60℃的情况下本测试方法可行性的结论,将测试结果与热箱法所测热阻进行比较,进一步验证了本测试方法。
By summarizing the existing on-site test methods of thermal resistance of building envelope, the hot box method and heat flow meter method are effectively combined to give a new field test method. Taking the test method as the guide, the trial production of on-site thermal resistance testing device for building envelope was carried out. On-site testing of a wall, get the test thermal resistance under different heating power, the heating power of the influencing factors were analyzed and discussed, and reached the heating wall temperature is not higher than 60 ℃ in the case of the feasibility of this test method Conclusion, the test results and the thermal resistance measured by the hot box method to further verify the test method.
