In 130 years of automobile history, there were only two great revolutions that were spawned by technology in automobiles, but four changes in the system to promote industrial civilization took place. On January 29, 1886, the Mercedes-Benz three-wheeler invented by the German engineer Carl Benz won the German patent as the first internal combustion engine driven vehicle. Since this was the first patent-pending patent for a motor powered by an internal combustion engine, this marks the date the law recognizes the invention of an internal combustion engine vehicle. Some automobile historians regard this day as the birth date of a car. In 2016, when the internal combustion engine car was on its 130th anniversary, the car was at a turning point of another development. On this historical node, we sorted out the context of the development of the automobile industry in the past 130 years and looked forward to the development of the automobile industry.
