目的:分析我院麻醉性镇痛药的临床应用情况,为临床合理使用麻醉性镇痛药提供依据。方法:对本院计算机管理系统提供的2004年～2007年麻醉性镇痛药的数据进行统计和分析。结果:我院麻醉性药品用量总体呈逐年上升趋势,吗啡制剂用量及用药频率呈逐年上升趋势;哌替啶的注射剂用量呈逐年减少趋势。结论:2004年我院麻醉性镇痛药的使用情况不尽合理,从2005年后我院严格贯彻各项麻醉药品的规章制度使情况好转渐趋合理,临床基本能贯彻癌症三阶梯止痛原则治疗癌痛。
Objective: To analyze the clinical application of narcotic analgesics in our hospital and provide the basis for rational use of narcotic analgesics. Methods: The data of narcotic analgesics from 2004 to 2007 provided by our hospital computer management system were collected and analyzed. Results: The total amount of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year. The dosage of morphine and frequency of medication showed an upward trend year by year. The dosage of pethidine was decreasing year by year. Conclusion: The use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital in 2004 is not entirely reasonable. Since 2005, our hospital strictly implements the rules and regulations of various narcotic drugs to make the situation better and more reasonable.
