胃柿石症是儿科比较罕见的疾病,现报道1例如下。患儿女,9岁。因上腹痛3月加重1天,呕血2次入院。于入院前3月进食大量未熟、去皮后晒2天的柿子(约1～1.5kg),当晚感上腹胀痛,轻泻。此后常有上腹痛及呕吐,4～5次/日,多为胃内容物,上腹部可触及肿块。入院前1周呕血2次,每次约150ml。查体:轻度贫血貌,心肺无异常,上腹部可触及一鸡蛋大小之肿块,活动、质硬、不光滑,肝
