随着人们文化水平和经济收入水平的提高,旅游已经成为现代人生活中不可缺少的一部分。但相对于旅游业的高速发展,导游人员队伍的整体素质还远远滞后于旅游业发展的需要。本文作者根据几年的教学经验,就如何提高导游专业学生的素质提出了自己的观点:加强职业道德教育,基础知识教育,口头表达能力训练和心理素质的培养。
With the improvement of people’s cultural level and economic income, tourism has become an indispensable part of modern life. However, relative to the rapid development of tourism industry, the overall quality of tourist guides lags far behind the needs of tourism development. Based on years of teaching experience, the author puts forward his own opinions on how to improve the qualifications of tour guide students: strengthening professional ethics education, basic knowledge education, oral expression ability training and psychological quality training.
