通过建立安全壳有限元模型,对比分析结构在设计内压下,筒壁开孔以及预应力作用下结构的变形和应变情况。结果表明:在筒壁上开设孔洞,会导致结构整体径向变形增大且变形不均匀,洞口上下区域内缩变形。预应力在事故发生时,承担较大部分内压,使得结构大部分仍处于受压状态,但最大拉应变仍在洞口内侧区域,可能发生局部破坏。因此,需对设备闸门周围区域做局部加强处理,防止在结构洞口区域发生局部破坏。
Through the establishment of the finite element model of the containment, the deformation and strain of the structure under the design pressure, the cylinder wall opening and the prestressing are compared and analyzed. The results show that the holes in the cylinder wall will lead to the increase of the overall radial deformation and the non-uniform deformation, and the deformation in the upper and lower openings of the hole. Prestress in the accident, bear a greater part of the internal pressure, making most of the structure is still under pressure, but the maximum tensile strain is still inside the hole area, partial damage may occur. Therefore, the local needs around the device gate to do a partial strengthening treatment to prevent partial damage in the structure of the hole area.
