目的了解个体诊所医务人员手卫生状况。方法采用问卷调查和现场查看的方法,对靖江市个体诊所医务人员手卫生现状进行调查。结果个体诊所医务人员中,有87.40%的使用抗菌皂液+流水方式清洗手部,66.14%的使用6步法标准程序清洗手部,33.07%的手清洗计时。掌握全部洗手指征者占32.28%。口腔类诊所和≤50岁的医务人员相对较好。结论靖江市个体诊所医务人员手清洗方式、程序、计时及洗手指征认知等方面均存在明显不足。
Objective To understand the hand hygiene status of medical staff in individual clinics. Methods A questionnaire survey and on-site inspection methods were used to investigate the present situation of hand hygiene among medical staff in Jingjiang individual clinics. Results Among the clinic staff, 87.40% of them used antibacterial soap + water to wash their hands, 66.14% used 6-step standard to clean their hands and 33.07% to wash their hands. Master all the finger wash accounted for 32.28%. Dental clinics and medical staff ≤50 years old are relatively good. Conclusion There are obvious shortcomings in the hand cleaning methods, procedures, timing and hand washing fingerprinting of medical staff in individual clinics in Jingjiang.
