目前军队医院财务管理中普遍存在着财务管理意识淡化、内容僵化、方法落后、组织软化等问题。如何改革原有的财务管理模式?本文认为,除提高人员素质、加强医疗成本管理和进行全过程管理外,应从注重医疗管理转变为医疗与财务结合型管理,从经验型财务管理转变为科学型财务管理,从出纳型财务管理转变为理财型财务管理,从被动型财务管理转变为主动型财务管理。
At present, there are many problems in the financial management of military hospitals, such as the diminished awareness of financial management, the rigid content, the backward methods and the softening of the organization. How to reform the original financial management mode? This paper argues that in addition to improving the quality of personnel, strengthen medical cost management and the whole process of management, should focus on medical management into a combination of medical and financial management, from empirical financial management into a scientific Financial management, from cashier-style financial management into financial-type financial management, from passive financial management to active financial management.
