目的:优选当归四逆汤半仿生提取工艺。方法:采用U9(91×33)均匀设计优选当归四逆汤提取工艺,采用小鼠耳肿涨及扭体反应试验的药效学指标和干浸膏得率综合评价制备工艺。结果:当归四逆汤最佳提取工艺为提取温度(60±0.5)℃,提取3次,加水量分别为10,8,8倍量;提取用水pH依次为3.0,7.5,8.5;煎煮时间依次为100,50,25 min。结论:以药效学指标结合化学指标综合评价和优选的当归四逆汤提取工艺方法简便易行,适于生产实践。
Objective: To optimize semi-bionic extraction of Angelica sinensis soup. Methods: U9 (91 × 33) uniform design optimization of Angelica sinensis soup extraction process, the use of mouse ear swelling and writhing test pharmacodynamic indicators and dry extract yield comprehensive evaluation of the preparation process. Results: The optimal extraction process of Angelica sinensis Decoction was extraction temperature (60 ± 0.5) ℃, extraction for 3 times, water addition of 10, 8, and 8 times respectively; extraction water pH was 3.0, 7.5 and 8.5; Followed by 100, 50, 25 min. Conclusion: The combination of pharmacodynamics and chemical indicators and the optimized extraction method of Angelica sinensis is simple and convenient, and suitable for production practice.
