目前,“素质教育”已被确定为我国教育改革和发展的长远方针,成为我国各级各类教育追求的共同理想。语文教学当然也不例外。而语文教学中要实施素质教育,很重要的一点就是面向全体学生,让每个学生都参与到教学活动中去,改变应试教育中那种“少数尖子撑场面,多数学生作陪客”的被动局面。要面向全体学生,就必须针对不同学生的不同情况,采用“区别对待,分层施教,全员参与”的教学方法,让每个学生成为学习的主人,让不同层次的学生都能在自己的水平线上得到较好的发展。
