为观察链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致糖尿病大鼠空腹胃运动、胃电活动及胃窦组织一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的改变,同步记录STZ糖尿病模型组(15只)和正常对照组(15只)Wistar大鼠(均喂养6个月)的胃窦运动和胃电活动,并对其胃窦组织进行NADPH-黄递酶组织化学染色及神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)免疫组织化学染色。发现:糖尿病模型大鼠胃窦运动频率及收缩力明显下降,胃电慢波频率及振幅明显下降,胃窦组织NOS分布及表达明显增强。提示:糖尿病可抑制大鼠空腹胃窦运动和胃电活动;胃窦组织NOS活性增强可能参与了糖尿病胃轻瘫的发生。“,”The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of gastricmotil ity, gastric myoelectric activity in DGP and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in exp erimental diabetic rats. Thirty male Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups. Di abetes mellitus was induced in these rats by streptozotocin administration in on e group. The other group was the control group. Gastric motility and myoelectric al activity were recorded in both groups. Changes in NO synthase activity and ex pression were determined by using NADPH-diaphorase histochemical staining and n NOS immunohitochemical technique in these groups. Gastric motility measurements howed that the frequency of gastric contraction and the average contractile amp litude in diabetic rats were reduced significantly. Gastric myoelectrical measurement showed that the frequency and amplitude of slow wave were also re duced. NO synthase activities in intermusclar plexuses, circular and longitu dinal smooth muscles and vascular endothelium were increased in diabetic rats. Ga stric motility and myoelectrical activity were depressed in diabetes mellitus. Increase in NO synthase activity might be related to the depression of gastric mo tility in diabetes mellitus.
