目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四物颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(TC)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(30:70),流速为0.8ml·min~(-1),检测波长为321nm,进样量10μl,柱温35℃。结果:阿魏酸对照品进样量在4.99~208.00ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率为101.79%,RSD为1.33%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于四物颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Siwu granule by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent C_ (18) (TC) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (30:70) at a flow rate of 0.8 ml · min -1 For 321nm, injection volume 10μl, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The calibration curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 4.99 ~ 208.00 ng (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 101.79% with RSD of 1.33% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Siwu granule.
