蓄能器是否工作正常,许多汽车起重机操作者是以卷扬机制动是否能开启来判断的,这种判断方法虽说简便,但缺乏根据,因此具有一定的危险性。正如文中提到的,即使蓄能器中氮气压力大大低于规定值3.5~4.5MPa,只剩下0.8MPa压力时,如被液压油充分压缩,也能让蓄能器产生开启卷扬机制动的压力。但是,在开启制动之后,蓄能器压力显然要大大下降,如果这时让离合器液压缸进油,就会造成离合器接合力下降。这样,在起吊重物时就会造成离合器打滑。这是十分危险的。因此,蓄能器内氮气压力要定期检查,如低于规定就要进行补充。不能以卷扬机制动能否开启作为判断蓄能器工作是否正常的标准。
