患者男56岁因右眼视力下降、复视4月余,近两月右眼球突出,在外院B超检查报告:右眼球后占位性病变。于1989年5月2日入院。该患于1688年12月底无明显原因突发右眼睑及右侧面部肿胀,右眼视力下降,复视,眼无红痛、无外伤及高热病史。未用任何药物治疗,右眼睑及面部肿胀逐渐消退。自1989年2月自觉右眼胀、眼球逐渐突出、且上转不能。既往有高血压病3～4
