根据刘东矿西三采区近距离煤层的地质赋存条件,首先采用理论分析的方法确定近距煤层采用下行垮落法同采,回采巷道采用外错布置;然后采用数值模拟优化近距离煤层同采巷道间距,得出该采区上下煤层巷道的合理间距为15 m。最后在37102面与37202面进行了应用,应用结果表明:在37102面回采影响期间,37202面下巷两帮移近量为131 mm;顶底板移近量为61 mm;影响范围为工作面前方15 m和后方25 m的范围内。实践证明,近距煤层同采巷道布置合理,巷道围岩变形得到了较好控制。
According to the geological storage conditions of the close coal seams in the West Third Mining Area of Liudong Mine, the method of theoretical analysis is adopted firstly to determine whether the adjacent coal seam is to be mined by the downwards caving method and the outlying fault is arranged in the mining roadway; then the numerical simulation is used to optimize the close distance coal seam With the same roadway spacing, the reasonable distance between the upper and lower coal seam roadways is 15m. Finally, the application of 37102 surface and 37202 surface was carried out. The application results show that during the impact of the 37102 surface mining, the amount of the two tunnels near the 37202 surface is 131 mm; the displacement of the top and bottom plates is 61 mm; the influence range is the front of the working face 15 m and rear 25 m. Proved by practice, the arrangement of the same mining roadway near the coal seam is reasonable and the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is well controlled.
