粒径为20—30nm的α—Fe粒子由CWCO2激光气相热解Fe(CO);方法制备.对α一Fe纳米粒子从室温到高温的氧化研究表明,在低于150℃条件下,氧化产物为Fe3O4;200-300℃则为γ—Fe2O3;高于400℃,γ—Fe2O3转变为α—Fe2O3.高温氧化过程中无Fe3O4和FeO(浮氏体)形成用TEM和XRD分析表明,α—Fe纳米粒子氧化产物γ一Fe2O3及α一Fe2O3仍为纳米微粒,而且具有实心和空心两种形态本文还探讨了氧化物的形成机制.
The α-Fe particles with particle size of 20-30nm were prepared by gas-phase pyrolysis of CWCO2 laser. The oxidation of α-Fe nanoparticles from room temperature to high temperature showed that the oxidation products were Fe3O4 at temperatures below 150 ℃ and γ-Fe2O3 at 200-300 ℃. When the temperature was above 400 ℃, the conversion of γ-Fe2O3 to α- Fe2O3. The formation of Fe3O4 and FeO (high temperature oxidation process) TEM and XRD analysis showed that the α-Fe nano-particles oxidation products γ-Fe2O3 and α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles are still nano, and has two kinds of solid and hollow The formation mechanism of oxide is discussed.
