根据测量工字钢结晶器型腔的悬臂梁式三坐标测量机的结构进行了全误差源的分析,推导了计算主要误差来源的横臂梁的变形误差的计算数学模型。建立了悬臂梁式三坐标测量机的误差模型,并根据该误差模型进行了误差修正实验。试验结果证明:该误差模型可以减小并修正测量机的测量误差。
According to the structure of the cantilever coordinate measuring machine measuring the mold cavity of the I-beam, the full error source was analyzed and the calculation mathematical model of calculating the deformation error of the transverse beam was derived. The error model of the cantilever CMM was established, and the error correction experiment was carried out according to the error model. The test results show that the error model can reduce and correct the measurement error of the measuring machine.
