铸钢件胃口火焰切割被认为是铸件作最后加工中的最困难的工序。除了采用简单的切割机床外,浇铸系统和胃口的切割到现在为止还是用手工。这一困难作业对切割工来说危险性也很大。国立材料科学研究所建立了一个切割50kg以下铸钢件胃口用的机器人火焰切割工段,Щкола和ЧКД工厂已在两个大型铸造车间内在制造机车铸件时采用了该方法。图1为工位的空间布置。在带排气装置的密闭隔音室内进行切割。采用捷克斯洛伐克PR32—E工业机器人。将铸件固定在由两个OMP—1型操作机操纵的移动式夹具内。
