目的:分别对羌活、独活及其药对中挥发油的透皮成分进行分析,同时比较其透皮效果。方法:采用GC-MS鉴定挥发油体外透皮供给液与接收液中的化学成分,根据面积归一化法计算各成分相对含量。通过数学推导将相对含量转化为透过率,从而反映各成分透皮效果。结果:透皮后鉴定出羌活39个成分、独活29个成分、药对36个成分,分别占挥发油总量的93.22%,93.74%,92.75%。1-松油醇(30.96%),4-松油醇(28.22%),冰片(7.10%)等是羌活挥发油的主要透皮成分;邻-乙酰基-对-甲基苯酚(55.70%),反-氧化芳樟醇(6.79%),1,7,7-三甲基二环[2.2.1]5-己烯-2-酮(4.78%)等是独活挥发油的主要透皮成分;1-松油醇(28.86%),4-松油醇(22.41%),邻-乙酰基-对-甲基苯酚(12.15%),冰片(5.62%)等是药对挥发油的主要透皮成分。结论:3种挥发油中各成分透过率可定性地对其透皮效果进行排序。其中羌活挥发油中1-松油醇的透过率最高,独活挥发油中1,7,7-三甲基二环[2.2.1]5-己烯-2-酮的透过率最高;药对挥发油中1-松油醇的透过率最高。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the transdermal components of Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii, Radix Notoginseng and its medicinal herbs, and to compare the transdermal effects of these extracts. Methods: GC-MS was used to identify the chemical components of the transdermal delivery and receiving fluids of volatile oil in vitro. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization. Through the mathematical derivation of the relative content into transmittance, which reflects the composition of the transdermal effect. Results: Thirty-nine components of Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii were identified after transdermal administration. The components of Rhizoma et Radix notoginseng live alone were 29 and the components of Rhizoma et Rhizoma Rhei were 36.2%, 93.74% and 92.75% respectively. 1-Terpineol (30.96%), 4-Terpineol (28.22%) and borneol (7.10%) were the main transdermal components of Notopterygii volatile oil. Linalool oxide (6.79%), 1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo [2.2.1] 5-hexen-2-one (4.78% Terpineol (28.86%), 4-terpineol (22.41%), o-acetyl-p-methylphenol (12.15%) and borneol (5.62%) are the main transdermal components of the volatile oil. CONCLUSIONS: The transdermal properties of each of the three volatile oils qualitatively characterize their transdermal effects. Among them, the penetration rate of 1-terpineol in the essential oil of Notopterygii notoginseng was the highest, and the transmissivity of 1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo [2.2.1] 5-hexen-2-one in the independent active oil was the highest. The highest penetration rate of 1-terpineol in the volatile oil.
