在教育逐渐纳入市场经济竞争机制、人才市场不断开放的条件下,人才的质量已成为衡量教育成就的重要标准。面对这种形势,高校只有积极采取对策,培养出高质量的人才,才能不负各项事业的重托,使自己立于不败之地。要做到这一点,必须正确认识和解决以下几个方面的问题: 一、明确档案专业高等教育的培养目标。 档案高等教育培养的合格人才应该是一方面能满足各级档案管理机关、综合档案馆和各类专业档案馆的日常工作需要,并成为具有分析问题、解决问题能力的骨干力量的通才(主要目标);另一方面是为培养高级理论研究人员和教职员工的专才提供条件(占少数)。目前,对于高校培养目标许多人还不很明确,往往只从宏观的教育方针去强调,具体内容很少人去探究。由于培养目标的不明确,造成的后果也是严重的。这主要表现在:
