当前世界上炼铁工业中降低焦比已成为急需解决的关键问题之一。为了降低焦比,采用了提高风温、加大喷吹量、精料、大风、重负荷、富氧和强化高炉操作等措施。其中提高风温对增大喷吹量,改善喷吹效果、提高置换比,从而节省焦炭有直接好处。目前国外高炉风温有的达到1200~1300℃,焦比降到450~360公斤/吨, 日本正在研究1350℃,西德研究设计1400℃的高风温热风炉。
At present, reducing the coke ratio in the ironmaking industry in the world has become an urgent problem to be solved.
