作为有杆泵抽油的主体,抽油机井采油不仅是石油工业传统的采油方式,也是迄今为止在采油工程中一直占主导地位的人工举升方式。近些年来,随着国内各大油田相继进入高含水开发阶段,油田生产中不断出现各种新的问题,其中一个比较突出的问题就是抽油机井表现出来的抽油杆与油管之间的磨损。由于杆管的偏磨,加速了杆、管、泵的损坏,增加了检泵作业工作量和采油成本,影响了油田的正常开发。为了维持油田的正常生产,提高经济效益,研究抽油杆与油管间的偏磨问题以及治理偏磨的有效措施有着重大而实际的意义。论文就当前普遍存在的抽油杆管偏磨的原因进行了分析总结,同时本文也针对这些原因提出了一些合理的防治措施。
As the main body of sucker rod pumping, pumping well production is not only the traditional oil recovery method in the oil industry, but also the artificial lifting method which has been dominant in the oil production engineering so far. In recent years, with the major oilfields in China successively entering the stage of high water-cut development, various new problems continue to emerge in oilfield production. One of the more prominent problems is the wear between the sucker rod and the oil pipe . As the eccentric wear of the rod, accelerated the rod, tube, pump damage, increase the pump workload and oil recovery costs, affecting the normal development of the oil field. In order to maintain the normal production of the oilfield and increase economic benefits, it is of great and practical significance to study the partial wear problem between the sucker rod and the oil pipe and to take effective measures to control partial wear. The paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the partial wear of the sucker rod pipe in the present. At the same time, some reasonable prevention measures are put forward for these reasons.
