软土地区深基坑建设过程中,由于受地质埋藏和水文地质条件以及软土土质自身特点影响,基坑的开挖容易引起基坑变形,其结果会导致基坑周围建筑物的稳定性和结构变形受到严重影响。因此,研究软土地区深基坑开挖变形的影响因素和预防治理措施,对保证基坑自身的安全和稳定性以及控制周围地层移动,减少对周围建筑的影响都具有十分重要的意义。
During the construction of deep foundation pits in soft soils, due to geological burial and hydrogeological conditions as well as the characteristics of soft soils and soils themselves, excavation of foundation pits can easily cause deformation of foundation pits. As a result, the stability of buildings around foundation pits will be affected. Structural deformation is severely affected. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors and prevention measures of deep excavation deformation in soft soil area to ensure the safety and stability of the foundation pit, control the movement of surrounding strata, and reduce the impact on surrounding buildings.
