班级管理工作是学校教育工作的基础,而一个优秀的班主任则是创建优秀班集体的关键。在当班主任的这些年里,我越来越觉得“用心经营”是班主任工作的关键之关键。
Class management is the foundation of school education, and a good class teacher is the key to creating a good class. During these years of shift manager, I feel more and more “operating with heart” is the key to the work of the class teacher.
