OBJECTIVE To investigate Wnt5a signaling in reulation of gp120-evoked spinal neuroinflammation.Here, we present evidence that reveals a crucial role of Wnt5a signaling in neuroinflammation.METHODS Multiple fluorescent immunostaining was used to determine the distribution and expression of Wnt5a signaling and its receptor Ror2 in mice spinal dorsal horn (SDH).The SDH tissues were dissected at the stated time after intrathecal injection of drugs and then Western blotting was used for the analyses of multiple key compoents of Wnt5a signaling pathways and pro-inflammatory cytokines.
