目的:对石香薷和海州香薷中挥发性化学成分进行研究。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取-气相质谱联用技术对2种香薷植物挥发性成分进行提取分离和鉴定研究。结果:从海州香薷和石香薷挥发性成分中分别检出39,46种成分,分别占挥发性成分总峰面积的70.50%,92.44%。结论:香薷挥发性成分中主要含高级烷烃、烯烃、醇、酮、酚及有机酸等多种化学成分,具有较高的医药、食品应用价值,为香薷资源的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile constituents of Scented Stonefly and Haizhou Sesamum. Methods: The volatile compounds from two species of Tamarix chinensis were extracted and identified by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: 39 and 46 components were detected respectively from the volatile components of the sesame oil and the sesame oil from Haizhou, accounting for 70.50% and 92.44% of the total peak area of the volatile components respectively. CONCLUSION: The main constituents of the volatile oil are high alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, ketones, phenols and organic acids, which have high application value of medicine and food, which provides a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the resources.
