在生产实验中,我们摸索出一种配制简便;重现性好;能显示钢的实际晶粒度的通用腐蚀剂。现推荐如下:1 试剂配制结晶苦味酸 4克;水100毫升。2 操作用竹夹子将经抛光后的试样面朝下浸入加热至沸腾的腐蚀剂中约15～20秒钟,取出用水冲洗,同时用脱脂棉擦拭试样表面,以去除黑色腐蚀物。然后用酒精冲洗,吹干后即可在显微镜下观察。图1、2为用此腐蚀剂显示的奥氏体晶粒,其晶界清晰.
In production experiments, we developed a general formulation that is easy to formulate, reproducible, and shows the actual grain size of the steel. Then rinse with alcohol, after drying can be observed under a microscope. Figures 1 and 2 show the austenite grains shown with this etchant, with clear grain boundaries.
