观察了肝硬化患者外周及肝静脉血内毒素和血粘度的变化,同时测定了肝静脉嵌塞压。发现患者肝静脉血内毒素含量和高切变率全血粘度均明显高于患者的外周静脉血及健康人外用静脉血(P<0.01或P<0.05);且内毒素与全血粘度,全血粘度与肝静脉嵌塞压水平之间均呈明显的正相关(P均<0.05)。提示:门脉血粘度的增高可能参与了门脉高压的发生及发展,内毒素可能是通过增高血粘度而间接影响门脉压力的增高。
The changes of endotoxin and blood viscosity in the peripheral and hepatic venous blood of cirrhotic patients were observed, and the hepatic vein occlusion pressure was measured at the same time. Hint: The increase of portal blood viscosity may be involved in the occurrence and development of portal hypertension.
