某油漆厂库房,框架结构,3层,室内外高差75cm,水泥砂浆地面。2000年11月竣工,表观质量很好,经甲乙双方验收评定为优良。2001年2月中旬使用时发现,地面大面积开裂,我应邀到现场参加了查验。通过观察发现,该工程地面裂缝很特别。各房间的裂缝从中心向四周呈放射状,中心缝隙较宽,向四周逐渐变窄,水泥砂浆踢脚线也出现
