高效液相色谱对植物激素的分离具有快速、高灵敏度、样品不需要衍生等优点。本文用反相高效液相色谱对八种植物激素进行了分离,并应用于河南兰考泡桐的根、茎、叶中提取的植物激素的分析。实验部分试剂:赤霉素为上海试剂二厂生化试剂,其他七种激素标样为美国SIGMA公司产品。甲醇、乙腈分别为优级纯和分析纯,并经玻璃容器重蒸。水经二次玻璃容器重蒸。植物样品由林科院生理室泡桐组从兰考泡桐的根、茎、叶中提取并初步纯化。
HPLC separation of plant hormones with fast, high sensitivity, the sample does not need to derive advantages. In this paper, eight plant hormones were isolated by RP-HPLC and applied to the analysis of plant hormones extracted from root, stem and leaf of Paulownia crassipes. Experimental Reagents: Gibberellin Shanghai Reagent Factory Biochemical reagents, the other seven hormone standard samples for the United States SIGMA products. Methanol, acetonitrile, respectively, superior grade pure and analytical grade, and re-steamed glass containers. Water is re-distilled from the secondary glass container. The plant samples were extracted and initially purified from the roots, stems and leaves of Paulownia chinensis by Paulownia group in the Physiology Room of Academy of Forestry.
