引言亲水性HEMA树脂是国内外应用较广的医用高分子材料。可制成眼接触镜,缝合材料,导尿管,外科手术后充填(如人工乳房),齿科软衬材料等等。HEMA树脂具有一定的吸水性和透气性,使用时较舒适。七十年代美国曾报道采用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)的聚合物作为软衬材料,因聚合物干燥时具有较高的硬变,可在干燥条件下加工,而当吸水后硬度即会有很大的降低,利用这一特性,放置于口腔环境中即可成为一个有弹性的软衬材料。由于结构的相似性,故与基托结合较好,不易产生剥离现象,也无因增塑剂迁移而弹性降低变硬的现象。
