目的:观察结节性甲状腺肿二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年9月-2016年8月于我院收治的61例甲状腺肿块患者资料,均行二维、彩色多普勒超声检查,观察二维声像图,比较血流参数及分级。结果:37例结节性甲状腺肿检出结节76个,单发结节11例(29.73%),多发结节26例(70.27%);实性结节5例(13.51%),囊性结节32例(86.49%);7例钙化(18.92%);10例(27.03%)结节旁组织均匀回声,27例(72.97%)不均匀回声。结甲患者的Vmax、RI值均比腺瘤、甲状腺癌低(P<0.05);结甲患者结节内、外的血流0级比例均比腺瘤、甲状腺癌高,血流Ⅲ级比例均比腺瘤、甲状腺癌低(P<0.05)。结论:结节性甲状腺肿行二维与彩色多普勒超声诊断效果显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical value of two-dimensional and color Doppler sonography in diagnosis of nodular goiter. Methods: The data of 61 cases with thyroid mass treated in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography were performed to observe the two-dimensional sonography and to compare the blood flow parameters Grading. Results: Totally 76 nodules were detected in 37 cases of nodular goiter, including 11 cases (29.73%) with solitary nodules, 26 cases with multiple nodules (70.27%), 5 cases with solid nodules (13.51%), 32 cases (86.49%) of nodules, 7 cases of calcification (18.92%), 10 cases (27.03%) of nodules with uniform echoes and 27 cases (72.97%) with uneven echoes. The Vmax and RI of patients with tuberculosis were lower than that of adenomas and thyroid carcinomas (P <0.05). The rates of grade 0 and 0 of nodules were significantly higher than those of adenomas and thyroid carcinomas All were lower than adenomas and thyroid carcinomas (P <0.05). Conclusion: The diagnosis of nodular goiter with two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound is significant.
