目的:建立去皮与不去皮桔梗饮片鉴别方法。方法:采用TLC和HPLC,对去皮与未去皮桔梗饮片进行定性鉴别。结果:两种桔梗饮片的TLC图谱及HPLC图谱差异显著,未去皮桔梗饮片比去皮桔梗饮片多出3个斑点;HPLC图谱显示两种饮片均含有13个共有峰,但未去皮桔梗比去皮桔梗多出5个色谱峰,可以用于两种饮片的鉴别。结论:建立的TLC和HPLC图谱鉴别方法简便易行,可有效地区分去皮与未去皮桔梗药材和饮片,丰富了桔梗饮片的质量评价方法。
Objective: To establish peeled and non-peeled Campanulaceae Pieces identification method. Methods: TLC and HPLC were used to qualitatively identify peeled and unpeeled Campanulaceae slices. Results: There were significant differences in TLC and HPLC profiles between the two kinds of platycodon slices. Three non-pealed platycodon pieces had more spots than the peeled platycodon; the HPLC analysis showed that both of the two kinds of pieces had 13 common peaks, Peeled crepe more than 5 peaks, can be used for identification of two kinds of Pieces. Conclusion: The established TLC and HPLC chromatographic identification method is simple and easy, which can effectively distinguish between skinless and unpeeled Campanulaceae herbs and pieces, enriching the quality evaluation method.
