目的:研究在诊断早期宫颈癌的过程中进行多种血清肿瘤标志物检测的价值。方法:选取河源市人民医院收治的60例宫颈癌患者并将其列入观察组,选取同期来本院体检的健康妇女60例并将其列入对照组,对比两组研究对象的癌胚抗原(CEA)、血清中鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)和糖链抗原125(CA125)等血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果:与对照组相比,观察组CEA、SCC、CA19-9以及CA125等标志物的水平明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在单一检测诊断宫颈癌时,CEA、SCC、CA19-9、CA125敏感性分别是46.7%、51.7%、60.0%、56.7%,均比联合检测的敏感性(86.7%)低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与此同时,宫颈癌患者的肿瘤分化情况与各肿瘤标志物水平呈反比例关系;与宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌患者相比,宫颈鳞癌患者的SCC水平明显较低,但是其CA125、CEA和CA19-9水平则显著较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早期诊断宫颈癌的过程中,血清中CEA、SCC、CA19-9、CA125的水平均能够作为诊断指标,且上述肿瘤标志物联合检测的诊断敏感性更好,有利于明确肿瘤的分化程度和病理类型。
Objective: To study the value of multiple serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer. Methods: Sixty patients with cervical cancer who were treated in Heyuan Municipal People’s Hospital were selected and included in the observation group. Conclusion: In the early diagnosis of cervical cancer, serum CEA, SCC, CA19-9, CA125 levels can be used as a diagnostic indicator, and the combination of the above tumor markers diagnostic sensitivity is better, is conducive to a clear tumor differentiation Degree and pathological type.
