采用土培方法,研究了2个甘蓝型油菜硼低效品种和4个甘蓝型油菜硼高效品种对缺硼反应的差异。结果表明:高效品种叶色浅、生育期短、抽苔早,低效品种叶色深、生育期长、抽苔晚,生育期和抽苔日数与硼效率系数间的相关性达到极显著水平,可作为早期筛选甘蓝型油菜不同品种硼效率高低的参考指标;在轻度缺硼条件下,低效品种苗期长势较弱,硼含量较高,经济系数小,而高效品种长势较好,经济系数大;轻度缺硼时,不同硼效率品种茎中硼的相对含量均高于硼正常水平,其中,高效品种又比低效品种高,有利于硼的运转和再利用,提高硼的利用效率;缺硼对低效品种株高、单株总果数、千粒重影响大,而高效品种受影响较小;不同硼效率品种的生育进程不受硼水平的影响。

Among them, high-efficiency varieties are higher than low-efficiency varieties, which is beneficial to the operation and reutilization of boron, Boron deficiency has a great effect on plant height, total number of fruit per plant and 1000-grain weight, while high efficiency cultivars are less affected; boron fertility is not affected by different boron efficiency.
