《关于加强和改进在大学生中发展党员工作和大学生党支部建设的意见》(中办发[2005]14号)中提出,要以提高素质、增强党性、发挥作用为目标,建立健全新形势下大学生党员长期受教育、永葆先进性的长效工作机制。然而,目前对大学生的培养存在“四重四轻”现象,使大学生党员永葆先进性的内在激发力量不足,影响培养效果。以期望理论为视角,从激发大学生党员的内在动力入手,探讨如何构建大学生党员培养教育的长效机制。
“Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Party Members’ Development in Undergraduates and the Construction of Party Branches among Undergraduates” (Zhongbanfa [2005] No. 14) put forward that in order to improve quality, enhance party spirit and play a role as a goal, we should establish and improve the new situation The long-term working mechanism of long-term education of college student party members and keeping the advanced nature forever. However, there is a phenomenon of “four times, four times, and lightest” in the cultivation of college students, and the lack of intrinsic motivation for college students to maintain the advanced nature forever affects the training effect. From the perspective of expectancy theory, starting from the intrinsic motivation of college student party members to explore how to build a long-term mechanism of college student party members to train education.
