目的研究尿道会师术后尿管管留置的适宜时间。方法将80例男性后尿道断裂伤患者(年龄18~56岁,均伴有骨盆骨折)全部急诊行尿道会师术,而后随机分成3组来观察对比尿道留置支架导尿管4周组、7周组、10周组的尿道狭窄并发率。结果10周组尿道狭窄并发率为0%;而7周组和4周组尿道狭窄并发率分别为13%和40%。7周组优于4周组(P＜0.05),10周组显著优于4周组(P＜0.01)。结论尿道会师术后尿管留置的适宜时间为10周左右。
Objective To study the appropriate time for urethral catheterization in postoperative ureteral catheterization. Methods Eighty male patients with posterior urethral rupture (aged 18-56 years old with pelvic fractures) were all treated with urethral mastectomy. Then they were randomly divided into three groups to observe the changes of urethral catheterization for 4 weeks and 7 weeks Group, the incidence of urethral stricture in 10 weeks group. Results The incidence of urethral stricture in 10 weeks group was 0%. The incidence of urethral stricture in 7 weeks group and 4 weeks group was 13% and 40%, respectively. 7 weeks group was better than 4 weeks group (P <0.05), 10 weeks group was significantly better than 4 weeks group (P <0.01). Conclusions The appropriate time for urinary catheterization after urethral surgery is about 10 weeks.
